Shipping Policy

Mebpjahj offers free ground shipping on all orders shipped within the lower 48 states. (Sorry, we're still negotiating rates with carriers for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.) There's no minimum order for free standard shipping.

All items are shipped from California, USA.

All items weighing less than 1 pound are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

After shipping, your package will be expedited with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. Packages typically arrive before 8 PM on the day of shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be available 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped.

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days (*Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing and verification. Once your order is complete, we will ship from our warehouse using the shipping method you selected during checkout. Your order should arrive within the timeframe specified by your selected shipping method.

International Shipping

After your order leaves the United States, you can find more detailed tracking information on the website of your country's designated postal service. For items shipped via First Class Mail International, tracking information may only be available after the package leaves the United States. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. International customers are responsible for any duties/taxes that may apply.

Customs Inspection

Please note that all international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you, the customer, are responsible for all local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties. This applies to all orders shipped outside the US, but the exact amount depends on your country. Unfortunately, we can't calculate or pay these fees on your behalf, and they are not included in the shipping cost. All fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping may take up to 14 business days or longer, depending on the shipping location. Additionally, all orders are subject to local customs inspection. We cannot estimate the time required for this process, nor can we reduce it. If your package hasn't arrived after 30 consecutive days, please call your local post office to inquire if they've held the package for any reason. If not, please email us with your order number and a brief message to inquire about the status. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered outside the United States, but you're still awaiting delivery, please call your local post office to check if your package has been held (we've noticed this occasionally happens).

Shipping charges, taxes, and other fees incurred are non-refundable.

You may wish to refuse your package at customs, in which case it will be returned to Mebpjahj Inc. If you refuse your package, please contact us and we'll contact you promptly upon arrival.

Terms

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for issues caused by customers providing incorrect billing/delivery information at checkout. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by carriers. Buyers are responsible for all carrier-related claims.
