Return & Refund Policy

Mebpjahj Inc. is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following regarding our Return and Exchange Policy:

Items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have tags intact, or defective, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions will be made after 30 days.

*Please note that items purchased from third-party or reseller locations must be returned to those locations and are subject to their return policies.*

*This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the mebpjahj.shop website and any other website or application that directs you to this Return and Exchange Policy (collectively, the “Website”).*

Returns

Unless the item is defective, the sender is responsible for the return shipping costs of the purchased item, whether returning or exchanging. Return refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item and verification that it is unworn, unwashed, or defective. Exchange refunds will be issued free of charge by reshipping the item.

Refunds

All refunds will appear in your transaction details within 3-5 business days. Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders that have already been shipped to the customer.

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact our customer service team through the contact form. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to process and resolve the issue.

Return to Sender or Refused Packages

This may occur if (1) the address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the customer refuses the order upon delivery.

Return to Sender or refused packages will be restocked and a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the initial shipping charges.

Once an order is entered into our system, we cannot make changes. To ensure your package is delivered, please ensure that you enter the correct address and include all relevant information. Using the correct abbreviations, house number, building or apartment number, and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered items if the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect.

How to Start a Refund or Exchange Process

Please follow the email procedure below to start your refund or exchange process:

In the subject line, enter your order number and "Return" or "Exchange."

Please specify the reason for your return or exchange. If the item you received is defective, please include a photo of the defective area.

We will respond to review the issue, and you can then ship the item back to us. For defective items, we will email you a return label.

Returns: We will notify you via email when your refund is completed.

Exchanges: We will notify you via email when we ship the replacement item.

Terms and Conditions: Mebpjahja is not responsible for returns until the item arrives at our distribution center in Chino, California. Please retain your proof of postage and send your return with the tracking number, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Mebpjahja will not issue a refund for your return without proof of receipt and delivery.
